Belated posting of Supreme Court Petition for Rehearing and Appendix

To say that the so-called intelligence operatives sociopaths have been keeping me busy would be a gross understatement, so I won't explain further, but suffice it to say that I am currently embroiled in legal action, with more yet to come.

Some of the incidents and people described in these pages are liable to be sued, assuming I have the wherewithal to muster the resources to pursue them in court. In particular, there are people connected to the world of shakuhachi and traditional Japanese music, and the translation industry who are potentially going to become defendants in a lawsuit filed in Japan as suspected operatives in the so-called Public Security Intelligence Agency (Ko-an Cho-sa Cho: http://www.moj.go.jp/psia/English.html), which is the Japanese equivalent of the CIA.

A number of people deserve their own blog entries due to their extensive connections, etc., such as Akisato (Kohmei) Mizuno (Sensei: 水野 香盟, of the once venerable 竹盟社), whom I took lessons with for a while before things deteriorated, with him eventually de-friending me on Facebook when I asked him how he was acquainted with an 20-something impostor being promoted in the US shakuhachi scene named Shawn Renzo Head (https://www.fivecolleges.edu/jaid/artists/shawn-renzoh-head), whom also merits his own blog post... He has since been compelled to tone down his preposterous website since then (https://web.archive.org/web/20161023201637/http://www.shawnheadmusic.com/), and the clown (er, maestro?) even sponsors a "composition competition" prize: http://www.shawnheadmusic.com/composition-competition. He's removed the videos from that website, but some can still be seen on YouTube under a different name (Shawn Head: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC950mopmv71gbLiZprSAdxw).
