Judicial Corruption at the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit?? At any rate, we're off to the Supreme Court
There's little to say analysis wise, as none of the judges even called for "a vote," which would likely have at least have resulted in someone saying something substantial about the case. Not one of them considered the petition as even meriting a vote, enabling them to all remain silent. Maybe 'corruption' is too strong a term, but 'dysfunction', for example, wouldn't address the crux of the intentionality embodied by the silence.
As it is, the entire proceedings represent a form of cover up, with the stealth and silent complicity of the Court.
When a country doesn't adhere to its own laws, its recourse to the rule of law when called into question by another country is questionable.
