Who is Phong Tran?
Well, that's a secret, but he's a former friend from Berkeley who was friends with one of my best friends, who I've mentioned in the Court filings but whose identity I've hesitated to disclose as CIA until now, though I had intended to disclose it to the Supreme Court anyway. Increased harassment, apparently aiming to disrupt my drafting of a Petition to the Supreme Court, for what it's worth...
has prompted these posts.
Phong and Blaine were studying Hindi and Urdu at UC Berkeley. Blaine and I had arranged to go to Korea to teach English when an offer was made to him, Phong and another guy from Cal to work for the International Committee of the Red Cross (based in Switzerland) to serve as interpreters for prisoners of war being held by India in relation to the dispute with Kashmir.
Phong went to graduate school for a degree in library science and a single search result on Google reveals that he is living in the Washington D.C. area: http://dublab.com/chris-kissel-wguest-phong-tran-contact-wave-05-20-17/
Blaine resurfaced on Facebook, having finished a PhD at Harvard, published a book, and moved to Switzerland, where he is teaching.
The Switzerland connection is important here, as I've had some problems with Swiss people in Kyoto, as documented on this blog, and have to expose the so-called neutral country and the ICRC as a place teaming with intelligence agents...
