The complaint was never required to be answered due to the so-called heightened pleading standards, which were made recourse to in the district courts finding that I had "failed to state a claim", and which I could not overcome(due to no fault of my own).
The claims that were made continue to be relevant, with significant bearing on the CIA's collaboration with organized crime groups and members in Japan, aside from the overt political machinations/corruption, and the continuous adverse impact on my family and personal life and livelihood as well as the ongoing harassment in the form of the continual periodic (re)appearance of some of the defendants (will upload some photos and video footage when I get the chance).
There is a fair chance that I will have to file another complaint in the not-too-distant future. First, there is a criminal complaint I filed here with the Kyoto Public Prosecutor's Office in August that they have yet to formally accept.
That is another major conflagration that will require substantial treatment (maybe a book), after the criminal trial. It seems that even the Prosecutor, currently, may be obstructing justice by not accepting the case, which consists of crimes that are admitted, and proven by unassailable official and public documents. So far the delay is two months, and the complaint has to be escalated, it would seem, to get any action taken on it.
