You will not be able to imagine what it is like to find yourself in a situation where you have to call the FBI to request that they investigate criminal activity against you by organized international crime, almost certainly connected to intelligence agencies, first and foremost the CIA. That is exactly what I had to do, however.
I was initially able to speak to someone attached to the FBI stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo when I called them about 5 months ago on January 22, 2021. The individual I spoke with quickly gave his name quickly as “Kerry Marcelin”, which I had to repeat, as per the recording of the conversation. I didn’t go into the more complicated details, and let the conversation stop at fraud and interference in business activities.

Special Agent Marcelin (assuming that is his actual name) had promised that someone would call me back the next day, but that didn’t happen. When I called the embassy back, I was eventually told that the FBI liaison et al. said that they couldn’t, talk to me. I didn’t record that conversation.
I then called the FBI in Washington, D.C. to report the problems and try to get some assistance with the issue, which is international organized criminal activity targeting me, one aspect of which has already been addressed in a small claims court case that I settled out of court.
At any
rate, this is almost certainly a violation of my due process rights bordering
on obstruction of justice, which I will most definitely be following through
on, once I get a couple of cases stabilized here in the Japanese courts.
In fact, I did, as a matter of course, submit a Privacy Act request to the FBI when I filed the lawsuit against the CIA, DOJ, State Department, etc., and here is a copy of the response.
