Jessie Kitaguchi (aka Jessie Koumei) (ジェシー北口, aka ジェシー逅盟) Part 2

Jessie has recently moved her blog and deleted many of the photos I have posted on my blog (you won’t find those anywhere else…).

I archived only so many of those on the Wayback Machine, and she has deleted many from her new blog, including these:

Which includes following piece from the Kyoto Shinbun, a local newspaper collaborating with the CIA and 公安庁) posted on her old blog as follows.

That image and a part of the newspaper article were logged on this website, but the link to the full article doesn't work:
http://www.47news.jp/photo/1212420.php

The third image is from a recital of some sort (likely held by Yoshimura, center front: suspected Ko-an-cho (公安庁) operative (工作者: website: http://kunjuan.jp/)) featuring the Yamada-ryu strings group in Kobe and with participation by two people (seated between Yoshimura and Jessie) from the Nara shakuhachi group to which I have belonged for the past 10 years or so, as well as an individual whom Jessie advertises/promtes on her blog (in the typical mutual support/promotion practice used by the intelligence operatives infiltrated into civil society as otherwise documented on this blog) named Ramie Yamaguchi (standing, far left) who is another student of Yoshimura’s and a suspected next-generation Ko-an-sho operative about whom I will blog soon: http://raimei.syakuhati.com/index.html). http://web.archive.org/web/20171015184213/http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/hogakuisshin/imgs/7/9/7927e091.jpg

This is a list of all URLs archived for that blog (ignore those from this month, October 2017): http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://ameblo.jp/hogaku-isshin/*

A fair amount of the otherwise hidden data (due to the misdirection to the new blog) can be accessed from those links, which I have now taken the time to personally archive… She has perhaps been directed to move the blog to attempt to cover up the role of Kyoto Shinbun, which has promoted other CIA et al. operatives that I haven’t had time to blog about…

These two screenshots (not archived) are from an early downloading of a page from her blog (post of July 15, 2014), which includes a description in English of her so-called traditional Japanese music group “Hougaku-Isshin” (apparently defunct). It also lists her performing for NHK as a Tozan-ryu player (using the stage name “Jessie Fujun”).

She has deleted her biographical profile:

In that she profile she states that she came to Japan in 2004, and started studying Bushido (“the way of the warrior”).

As well as the record of her shakuhachi related activities, of which one page from 2015 was archived:

By clicking on the bottom image from the post about her Tozan-ryu teacher (茅原先生) on this page:

What I want to focus on here, however, is the NHK angle. Jessie has been filmed by Japanese public broadcaster NHK for a couple of pieces that have unfortunately been removed from their website and no copies available online, but I have a few screenshot traces from her blog, etc., that demonstrate their existence. In fact, she has placed some of the relevant material on her new blog, but you will not find a recording of her playing the shakuhachi anywhere.

She has posted a link on her blog to an episode called “Traditional Musical Instruments: Eternal Tones Waft through the Ancient Capital” from a series on NHK about Kyoto in which she apparently appeared. The video is no longer available:

But this is a remnant:

NHK seems to have archiving blocked for some of these pages, so I’ll post an enlargement of that photo.

Current episodes from the series can be seen here: https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/vod/corekyoto/
The TV video was 28 minutes long…

NHK is a citizen-subscriber (mandatory payment if you own a TV) funded public broadcaster that has been shaken by scandals for overt political bias in recent years (the scandals surrounding Shinzo Abe and Momii (https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2016/12/02/national/beleaguered-nhk-chief-momii-unlikely-get-nod-second-term/#.WeTps2hL-Uk, https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2016/02/23/national/nhk-execs-to-return-pay-over-embezzlement-scandal/#.WeTqk2hL-Uk)), and most recently by the ka-ro-shi death (death by overworking) of a female employee.

Here, however, the focus is their use by the LDP to promote intelligence operatives to the public. The subject of the next post will be another such individual.

To wrap this up, she has recently
blogs about being filmed for another TV program on another blog she keeps: http://blog.livedoor.jp/kyoto_kunjuan/. The program is produced by a cable TV company BS Japan, and is only in Japanese, the title translating as “Why I live in Japan” (http://www.bs-j.co.jp/nipponsumu/backnumber.html). There is a collection of @70 video episodes interviewing foreigners living in Japan posted on that page.

Such conspicuous media coverage, focused substantially entirely on images (whereas she is being promoted as a musician) leads one to wonder why there is so much interest in this unaccomplished, unremarkable individual. That is basically the same modus operandi seen with the likes of Sean Lotman, Jake Adelstein, etc.

Who is Satoshi Shimura (志村哲: Satosi Simura, aka “Simura Zenpo”)?

Was approached for a music related translation job through the JAT website and decided to proof this old translation, which had included an expedient or two, to send it to the publisher. So here is the proofed version....

I don’t have much time to spend describing this individual, but may supplement later.

He was introduced to me by Sasaoka Teizan, the Tozan-ryu shakuhachi teacher whom I started studying the shakuhachi with. I was a translator interested in history as well as making shakuhachi, and Shimura (who prefers to spell his name “Simura”) was an adjunct professor who had written on classical shakuhachi and had an X-ray machine at his disposal, and happened to be interested in having some of his work translated. Like Sasaoka Teizan, his wife had died and left him a widower, but I don’t recall any other biographical information about him.

He gave me a copy of a book (with accompanying CD: https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E5%8F%A4%E7%AE%A1%E5%B0%BA%E5%85%AB%E3%81%AE%E6%A5%BD%E5%99%A8%E5%AD%A6-%E5%BF%97%E6%9D%91-%E5%93%B2/dp/4882932164/ref=asap_bc?ie=UTF8) he’d published recently, and I translated a couple of chapters of it for him, the entirety of which I’ve posted below. He subsequently used that in a presentation at the 2004 New York Shakuhachi Festival:

http://www.bigappleshak.com/bas/dailyprogramprint.html

I gave a copy of that translation to Brian Schultz (aka Brian Uneme), a student of Preston Houser (a defendant in the lawsuit), and tried to help Schultz with his Japanese, etc. I have presented the Court with excerpts of emails with Schultz, but not of the following chat, where he mentions "simura" and "syakuhati".

We were always on opposite sides of various issues, including his support of the linguistically illegitimate approach to Romanizing Japanese pronunciation. I don’t recall who developed the system, but it is basically aimed at mystifying Japanese, making it phonetically inaccessible through adopting spellings such as “syakuhati” instead of the phonetically more accurate (and readily accessible) ‘shakuhachi’. As I said, there’s a mystification subterfuge to it, and that had always made him somewhat suspect, but he respected my stance as a linguist, so I only spelled his name using that system in the paper.

Someone else that subsequently studied with him at Osaka College of the Arts (suspected CIA et al. operative Kiku Day) did adopt some of his spellings when talking about his work in a paper she published (available here: http://www.kikuday.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Changes-of-construction-of-jinashi-shakuhachi_2.pdf) The last time I saw him was at the shakuhachi festival in Kyoto (CIA organized: he is a suspected Ko-an-sho (公安省) officer), and he Kiku Day was at a presentation he was giving attended by only a handful of people. I didn't know anything about the woman at that point, and she didn't seem very intelligent, but now I understand why he was reticent, and believe that she probably knew who I was.

Shimura’s Facebook page his here:

Who is Chie Yakura (矢倉千恵: maiden name Katashima (片嶋))?

This photo is circa 1999, at my apartment.

What is disturbing about the prospect that this woman, along with Ms. Ponazecki (or Ponazacki, whichever spelling is correct), who are attorneys at law--a profession is governed by a special law due to the nature of the relationship between clients and attorneys, etc.--are also working for intelligence agencies (i.e., the 公安庁 (Japan's Public Security Intelligence Agency), one would assume there to be an inherent problem with respect to the law governing attorneys, as it would compromise the legal profession, and potentially enable such individuals to undermine the law. Civil society is underpinned by the rule of law...

These are pages from of couple of filings with the Court in which she is mentioned, the first being a page from the cover letter I faxed to the DOJ in September of 2011, the second being from the initial Complaint. I don't intend to say anything more about her presently.

"Find Your Element": The latest suspected CIA/Ko-An-Cho (公安庁)/MI6 pseudo-religion/pseudo-culture front to cross my news feed

There are a couple of idiot savant poseurs I've already blogged about that are promoted on this CIA operated website (they deleted this live http://findyourelement.jp/fye-leaders-bios/ (but we have Z archives.... - https://web.archive.org/web/20171120013350/http://findyourelement.jp/fye-leaders-bios/) is the latest suspected CIA/公安庁(Ko-An-Cho [Japanese Public Security Intelligence Agency])/MI6/et al. front to show up on my news feed is this website, which advertises a talk that featured Jake Adelstein (http://findyourelement.jp/jake-adelstein-bio/) during the same time frame that I was blogging about him (Fall 2016). I will post more screenshots of these people with their mugshots...

It seems a little strange that these people (i.e., including known entities, some of whom have already been blogged about) keep showing up in my news feed, and maybe they are intended as bait to divert me from devoting more energy to blogging about the younger, not-yet-known (i.e. identity disclosed) generation in the neo-feudalistic putsch by the CIA et al. to establish the so-called intelligence services as a quasi-hereditary estate.

I’ll get back to some of the individuals in their 20s that are offspring of people otherwise mentioned on this blog soon enough, but I believe that noting the interference in cultural affairs with this group is particularly poignant, given the nature of the diversity of the collectivity thereof.

Z Archived Page Screenshots ('Happiness is a Warm Gun')

You can click on the images of this archived page to find your way into further dungeons where you can gaze upon the 'personal blogs' of these intelligence operative front-people 'individuals' promoting their neoliberal pseudo-culture so you won't exercise your 2nd Amendment rights to protect the People and the republic from "enemies foreign and domestic"... (The 1st Amendment comes before the 2nd...) But perform navel-gazing yoga exercises so you can learn to observe your own anus from various contortionary improbabilities... Or whatever other that choice distraction that keeps you distracted there while the finance sector sociopaths keep their revolving door spinning so your Treasury, social security, pension, etc. are easier for them to loot... As you passively sit by your live with observer status...

Who is Elmar Weinmayr?

The individual that showed up in my newsfeed is a German guy、Elmar Weinmayr, (http://findyourelement.jp/elmar-weinmayr/) who I see prowling about my neighborhood from time to time, apparently on security detail.

He was a pseudo-scholar (philosophy) that currently operates a gallery part time (http://findyourelement.jp/elmar-weinmayr/

and has a condo being advertised for AirBnB purposes (https://thespaces.com/2017/10/06/holiday-home-of-the-week-a-gallerists-minimalist-warehouse-in-kyoto/).

He is being marketed as a "Classic Homeopath" by Find Your Elelment.

I’ve blogged about the neoliberalist psychologism/self-help/new-age/pseudo-religion covert actions aimed at interfering with cultural affairs here in Japan numerous times, so some of the themes will be familiar, and I don’t have time to examine these individuals presently, aside from mentioning one or two in passing.

Who is Jay Ponazeki?

This collection of suspected intelligence operative sociopaths may strike some of you for their fakeness on first impression; nonetheless, there are a couple whom I should delve into a little in more detail here, starting with Jay Ponazeki: http://findyourelement.jp/class/life-now-never-jay-ponazecki/. (Or is it Ponazaki, as in te photo caption?) We are told that she is a "positive thinker". Are you skeptical? I wonder if she's also a "motivational speaker"?

Ms. Ponazeki, a suspected covert CIA operative, is currently head of the American Chamber of Commerce in Tokyo:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WtsiTOhg4o&list=PLtaSNlmlMEK7PJxruo1dGlZG36XxGfPYb&index=3

She is a former partner, however, at the law firm (Morrison and Foerster: http://findyourelement.jp/jay-ponazecki/) for which Chie Yakura (suspected intelligence operative mentioned in the lawsuit) works (as a partner: https://www.mofo.com/people/chie-yakura.html).

It bears noting that Morrison & Foerster represented the CIA defendant Arthur Brown in the case Horn v. Huddle, which is an important precedent cited in the lawsuit, as seen from the following filings.
