Refusing to Press Charges in a Criminal Complaint I filed 4 Months Ago, Corruption at the Nakagyoku Police Station in Kyoto? 京都府警察中京署における汚職?

These documents are copies of requests for disclosure of personal information (i.e., Privacy Act requests) I filed in April and May of this year in relation to information I provided to detectives at the Kyoto Prefecture Nakagyo Police Station detectives in filing a criminal complaint against two individuals suspected to be either organized crime members, intelligence operatives, or undercover police that were harassing me on the streets.

Details and images/video will follow eventually.
One of them is a fully tattooed guy that works at a Korean restaurant in the neighborhood, with respect to which there has been an unreasonable uptick of late, some related images of organized crime members frequenting an establishment run by someone named Sugimoto in the neighborhood whose daughter was in the same nursery school class as mine but whom was admitted to the nursery school under suspect circumstances (not meeting the "need-based" requirements, etc.).

At any rate, they have refused to release the information claiming that the information relates to an ongoing criminal investigation, but the detectives  have yet failed to even confirm the circumstances at the scene, something they'd promised to do months ago.

I will be filing a report with the Police Commission (京都府公安委員会) against them by next week, at the latest.
