U.S. State Department still withholding documents respondent to a Privacy Act Request approved in 2014

This is an update, of sorts, with a long interval due to the fact that the State Department continues to delay the release of these documents by a long interval each time.

This time, they have extended the date by another 9 months, to September 2022, as per the email thread posted below.

Note that some of these documents represent evidence that is applicable to lawsuits I am currently prosecuting in Japan, including one against defendants including the Kyoto Prefectural police, Japanese Public Security Intelligence Agency and the Office of the Public Prosecutor. In fact, I have already submitted one email thread sent to the Consulate in Osaka in 2013 along with the images that were attached, which I will also upload as all of that is already matter on the public record here in Japan.

The allegations against the defendants encompass various forms of corruption by public officials and violations of rights, etc., and all of the defendants in that case appear to be working in collusion with the CIA et al.

I will post the complaint in that case soon, but it is only available in Japanese...
