Once again, no time to treat this topic with a well-presented post, but it is long overdue, so I will simply post a document and an attached exhibit that I filed with the District Court (filing denied by the judge) which discusses the topic in the most detail. I did reintroduce the material to the District Court, but not in as much detail with links, attachments, etc.
