Dealings with the Police in Kyoto in Relation to the Yakuza and CIA et al.

To followup on the last post, here are two responses, respectively from the local police station and the prefectural police HQ, to Privacy Act requests I made regarding police protection from organized crime groups.

The response is that no such documents have been created, which should logically mean that there is no such protection being provided.

That being the case, people I will subsequently be introducing are either intelligence operatives or affiliated with organized crime groups, and not undercover police officers. 

In short, people that have been harassing me at cafes are either one or the other, and through a process of elimination we're going to narrow the field down and identify them...
