Who is 黃子瑜 (Tzu Yu Huang) from Taipei, Taiwan?

She is a suspected intelligence operative who has since blocked me on Facebook, the Friends list of which I’ve posted below, along with our exchange on FB Messenger along with a short video I took of her along the Kamogawa river in Kyoto.

When we met she was water-color painting a nude of herself sitting by the river... I complimented her on it, and we chatted for a few minutes. She told me she was staying at a hostel in the Nishijin part of town on the western side, then we agreed to meet again when she said she wanted to hear me play shakuhachi, as said that she plays the xiao (a Chinese vertical flute) so we met, and she brought her xiao and it seemed that everything was fine. We agreed to meet again before she was scheduled to leave Japan on the 10th, and then she abruptly cut off communication.

These women apparently are trying to make me feel unwanted, to further isolate me as part of the CIA's efforts to displace me from central Kyoto, in conjunction with organized crime elements with whom they share business and other interests, etc.

She deleted her Facebook page before I even had a chance to post this about her, because someone connected to her network saw the video and photo I posted of her yesterday—without telling her (http://kyoto-inside-out.blogspot.com/2019/06/suspicious-characters-intellligence.html).  Attractive young women like her seem to be the main weapon the sociopaths operating so-called intelligence agencies for the world’s oligarchies are deploying against yours truly, who has been temporarily separated from his children by a wife (in divorce proceedings) with connections to suspected Taiwanese and Japanese intelligence operatives as well as a CIA architect named Geoffrey Moussas whom I have blogged about and to whom she (my wife) introduced me, etc. (https://kyoto-inside-out.blogspot.com/2015/11/who-is-geoffrey-moussas-and-victor.html).
